Aluminized Steel and Black Powder Coating Failing

We have a formed chamber made out of aluminized steel (Type 1) powder coated with High Temp Black paint. These parts heat up to above 550 degrees and the coating is failing. Chipping off, pealing away, bubbling up.

Is there a better process or maybe steel to use for a high heat application?

Are you using an iron phosphate pretreatment? Iron phosphate will fail at around 500 degrees and cause the powder coat to fail.
