Copper getting deposited on the AgCdO contact button while doing a silver plating

We are facing a problem of copper getting deposited on the AgCdO contact button while doing a silver plating.
The button is spot brazed on a Copper terminal and is been precleaned and silver striked and subsequently plated in AgNO3 bath by electroplating.

The traces copper lies beneath the top layer of final silver plating.

Please help!
