Ideal phosphating solution, made at home




Sir I just want to get rid of corrosion on my windows . can I make that phosphating solution in my home?how can I do that ?

Simplest phosphating solution:15 -19 ml phosphoric acid/1 lit demineralized water.If you add 20 gm tannic acid [on eBay or Amazon] corrosion protection must be greater(in that case result is simple rust converter [on eBay or Amazon] ).Paint it on grease and oxide free surface,when it is dry you must clearcoat it(or paint or wax or oil).Hope it helps and good luck!
