Scratches in a 304 2B SS 14 ga sheet surface

What would be the best way to smooth out surface scratches in 304 2B SS 14 ga sheets? It is already installed in place. Thank you for your suggestions.

Best method would be a non-woven wheel using a hand held buffer or equal. Biggest problem will be to blend in the area to make it look uniform.

Depends how deep the scratches are, and what finish you want to arrive at. Start with an abrasive coarse enough to remove the scratches, then move on to finer and finer until you get where you want. Even fairly shallow scratches will require quite a lot of time and effort.
