Surface finish and diametrical tolerance

I want to know the surface finish units in microns or in Ra for chrome on honed tubes of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders.

I would say that 16-8 microinches RMS sounds good to me for hydraulic. Pneumatic a little better (8-4 microinches RMS) for they have less lubricant and frequently higher speeds.
