Alternative Process for Tufftriding

We are a company manufacturing Hydraulic Motors in India. We use cylinders for these motors in Cast Iron, GS 600 and subject them to Tufftriding process. We would like to know what can be an alternative process to Tufftriding to have distortion free components without compromise on material properties. The approximate weight of the components is between about 0.8 to 5 kg.
