Hello, Hassan. Here in the USA it is just about unheard of for plating shops to formulate black chromates from raw chemicals; instead they invariably buy the process from suppliers who protect the formulation by patent or as a trade secret. You would need to either search through expired patents and copy an old formulation, or license current technology from a supplier who has invested the development effort. Good luck.

How much do you like pay for the great formula?
How much do you value for the good formula?
How much do you value for the people who expend more than 15 years of their life on formulations?
Are you guaranteeing to keep the formulation for absolutely yourself not for sale?
