Black Zinc Iron Plated Part Peel Off




I'm a factory manager of a plating shop in Johor, Malaysia. I'm facing BLACK ZINC IRON plated part peel off problem since last year, I'm now at my wits end to solve the problem.

The peel off layer were in tiny dots shape and only appeared after being kept for few weeks.

Funny that I should be in Malaysia whilst writing this!

Please contact your process supplier and learn the functions of each of the additives. You are not adding them in the right proportions leading to delayed blistering. In all probability the brightener additions are too high.
