Repainting aluminum siding

Q. Can you paint white aluminum siding and if so what colours. I have read painting siding a darker colour than the original will make it warp the siding..

Aluminum siding can be painted with the proper preparation (cleaning and priming) and a good acrylic top coat. You want to paint light, sun reflective colors. Darker colors absorb more sun (heat), and can warp the siding.
