-----Copper Plating Experiment
I am in 7th grade, and I'm doing a science experiment on electroplating. I am going to plate copper onto dimes. for my experiment, I have a plating solution that I am going to use, and it says that I need CuSO4. I was wondering if there was anything else I could use instead of the CuSO4, because it will take a while to order it. or could I find it easily somewhere else? I would very much appreciate it if someone answered this soon.
Thanks

Try a farm supply store. copper sulphate ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] is often used to control algae in ponds.

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
