A. Just found a reference of absolute roughness for rubber lined pipes in McGraw-Hill Slurry Systems Handbook [affil link on Amazon]. In that book it's given as 0.00015 m.

Q. Hello. I have a question.
Regarding rubber lining of carbon steel in piping, I would like to know each roughness of new and fouled rubber lining, or typical differences between new and fouled rubber lining.
If you have the data, please let us get your advice.
Your response would be highly appreciated.
