Refinishing a Semi-Trailer

My question is what is needed as far as process and materials to repaint an a 40' semi Trailer (moving van). It is a aluminum, and currently white. It is going to be redone for use by the local high school band, and most of the work will likely be done by parent volunteers if at all possible. Thanks for your help.

White means that it is currently painted. Go to a real paint store and ask them. Most will be happy to sell you the needed material and to offer guidance on the process.

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
