Nickel chrome finish

what is the time required for nickel plating. I use fixtures for my type of components. the components are decorative of nature. I am facing the following problems

the plating is not even due to this the chrome is not fully covered.

please give me a good solution.

Hire a consultant is one option. Hire a very highly qualified plater is another and shipping the parts to a very good plating firm is the easiest.
