-----Stripping Anodize
Is there a way to remove anodize in local areas other than sanding surface without harming rest of the anodize areas? Basically some type of chemical or solvent that maybe able to remove anodize?

Hello,, Al. Anodizing can be selectively stripped after the fact with a chromic-phosphoric acid mixture or with caustic (which also attacks aluminum). But masking before anodizing is probably better. Yes,your anodizing shop can help you with this.
