Bronze/brown anodized window frames

Aloha,
What can I use to restore the bronze/brown aluminum frames (spotted down,to bare metal)to original appearance

Having them anodized on site would probably be prohibitively expensive. Bronze/brown paint sounds like the best answer to me. Good luck.
