RoHS Complaint Alodine coating

I'm looking for a coating for aluminum that will meet the RoHS requirements for hexavalent chromium and cadmium but provide low electrical resistance and high corrosion resistance. Considering Alodine 1000 and 1200. Both appear to contain Chromium VI.

Henkel, the manufacturer of Alodine, offers a TCP process (trivalent) that meets RoHS standards and Mil-C-5541. Three other companies offer the TCP, and still other companies offer other hex-free formulations. Start by contacting Henkel or the manufacturer of your choice; all have a plan.
