Testing product cleanliness after plating

What machine can we use to check Br, NaCl, SO4 & NO3 on plated parts? We use MSA based chemicals for lead-free & Sn/Pb plating.

How can we assure the cleanliness of plated parts?

A simple way of monitoring total ionic contaminants is to immerse the parts in high purity water and measure the change in conductivity.
To be specific about the concentration of the ions you mention, you may be able to buy test kits (sold for water testing)from your lab supplier but I believe that you are dealing with low ppm and they may not have sufficient sensitivity.

Alfred -

I would dunk your parts in high purity deionized water and then test this water using ion chromatography.
