Manganese phosphating is too red

Dear all

Please clarify my questions?

We are doing Mn phosphating on sg iron. Product is almost as-cast product only. We are getting red color shade after phosphating if we did phosphated on normalized parts instead of as cast parts.

What can I do to avoid such color appearance of red after phosphating?

You should have to use de-watering type oil after giving last hot water rinse.
