Electrowinning Stripping Process

Hi all, I want to ask how do I strip gold from the cathode(Stainless Steel) after electrowinning? Please help me.

I haven't seen gold produced this way, so I'm not 100 percent certain, Ngo, but copper foil is produced this way and it is separated mechanically. The stainless steel is first passivated, then treated with a thin layer of chromate, and the adhesion of plated layers is low enough for simple mechanical separation.
