I want to open a store that can chrome most anything

I want to open a store that can chrome most anything. I understand that there is a spray-on type system that works almost as good as the dipping process. My company will do mostly wheel, car parts, motorcycle parts.
My philosophy is: The simpler the better. Tifton is a small town, but a shop like this one on a smaller scale than the big boys, will work fine here. Please let me know who I need to contact or what materials I will need and who to get them from. Like I say, it's just going to be a small chrome store that will fill the bill here (converting regular wheels to chrome wheels).

I have seen the chrome-look paints. They are somewhat bright and reflective, but are nothing near as brilliant as chrome plating and not as corrosion resistant. In other words "kinda like chrome" but not really. It would never stand up in a side by side comparison.
If you want to keep it simple then forget about the plating business. Especially custom chrome plating !
I think you will find that the chrome-look paint business not so simple either.

Why rely on someone else to make your business what you want it to be? You've already defined your business so buy a book about plating and have at it. Most of the fun is the R&D part of the process. And as another poster has been pointing out quite often recently, look at the top of the page for some info. Good luck!
