Copper coating adhesion

2007

Hi, my name is Bernard work in a wire manufacturing company. We draw, galvanize and copper coat the wire. I work in quality Control department where I work as quality controller.
The problem I face is that of nonconforming copper coated wire or variable copper coating thickness. I would like to know the cause of these problem.
Kind Regards,

Bernard Phaswane

Hello, Bernard. I think people will be glad to try to help you to the extent that we can from thousands of miles away. But with the wire being copper coated right within your own plant, I would think that someone there could show you the operation and explain the basic issues involved in the variabilities so that we can narrow down on something for you.
