Alchrome coating on aluminium extrusion products

We are fabricating aluminium parts & want to know the process of giving the alchrome finish to our products in light golden yellow colour.

I believe that Alchrome is a Heatbath trademark for chromate conversion coating. You can get a technical data sheet from them. Most major process suppliers to the industry offer their own proprietary alternatives. Or you could start with specification Mil-C-5541. Good luck.
