Frequency of Chemical Passivation

My company is currently moving to stainless steel tanks for the manufacture of USP water. We recently did a chemical passivation and would like to know what is the industry standard in regards to frequency of passivations performed on tanks?

There is no industry standard. In your application, you may consider the passivation to be permanent until such time as there is evidence of corrosion. That may be forever.
