-----Solubility of tin sulphate in sulfuric acid solution
Tin sulphate is supposed to be dissolved very well in sulfuric acid solution. Right after the solution makeup, I noticed there was tin sulphate powder sitting on the bottom of the 550 gallon tank. The tin sulphate was added to sulfuric acid solution with the mixer running and the solution was still hot. I would like to know if there is a better way to dissolve 100kg tin sulphate in around 450 gallon sulfuric acid solution. My acid concentration is 145 g/l and my tin sulphate concentration is 48 g/l. Does it have anything to do with exposure to oxygen? Do I need to have rigorous mixing?

It has to be sprinkled in or it forms mud and sinks to the bottom where it stays mud for a long time.
