Carbonates and "Carbon-Troll" experience?
Hi
I have a 50 gallon cyanide copper tank and two 25 gallon cyanide brass tanks that we create sodium carbonate in quickly.
We have "frozen" the carbonates and this seems to work with some effort.
There is a product offered by Puma Chemical called carbon-troll which advertises the ability to break down the carbonates and allow them to be filtered out by carbon.
Does anyone have any experience with this product that they might share?
Thanks

Ken, the fastest way to find out is ask the vendor what companies have used this product and you would like to contact them to find out how it worked. The other way is take 1 gal. of each solution, and try the chemical and the procedure they are recommending, with enough sample product and do some experimenting.
