You are probably speaking of "white bronze plating" which is an alloy of zinc, copper, and tin. There are several trade names; I believe Albaloy and Miralloy are some, and there are others. It is not easy to complex three different metals sufficiently that their Nernst deposition potentials are close together, so you will probably have to buy a proprietary process from someone who has already put in the necessary years of development effort. Good luck.
