-----Applying Aeroglaze Z306 Flat Black Thermal Control Paint to Nickel Plated Aluminum
I have designed an aluminum housing that contains an electrical circuit that will be used on a satellite. The finished device will be painted with Aeroglaze Z306 thermal control paint. I would also like to solder output pins to the housing. My current understanding of the plating sequence is aluminum, nickel, gold, primer, and finally paint. Does any one have experience with this paint on nickel, allowing me to avoid the gold plating?
