Silica scale removal

I have an evaporative cooling tower that has been heavily scaled by silica. the tubes are made of galvanic steel and has been treated with inhibited sulfamic acid, caustic solutions, etc. the tubes remained scaled and the sulfamic acid seems to soften the scales a bit to allow for water blasting. However, the bank of tubes in the middle section cannot be blasted off. any ideas as to how this job can be done.

I know a good product to prevent and remove silica scale from the water forming high concentration of SILICA.

It's called "CALFA BAS" which is manufactured by CALFA CHEMICAL JAPAN.

I think It's really effective against the problem you have.

We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
