-----Cost of several aluminum plating
I am considering aluminum plating for several parts to get good conductivity and eliminate corrosion. Cost is important to us. I do not know the relative cost of Silver, copper, nickel, Tin, Zinc, Chrome and Iridite plating on Aluminum. Please comment.

Iridite is a Macdermid trade name for a chromate conversion coating; this is not plating but it is simpler and is perhaps the least expensive on the list. It is conductive but it is not a wear surface. Zinc is the least expensive electroplating but is always chromated after plating. Silver plating would be the most expensive option. Generalities are dangerous, but I'd bet you will end up with nickel or tin plating :-)

It all depends on what you mean by "good conductivity". If you mean low resistance at low voltages, you probably will end up with gold, or silver or tin, depending on other additional requirements of "corrosion resistance".
