Life of mild steel after phosphating

Sir, is it true that on phosphating life of mild steel increases up to 50%?
and what is TITANIUM IMPLANTATION?

Dear Mr Deshpande,

No phosphating will not increase the life by 50%, but will retard the onset of corrosion for a short time if oiled again. Titanium can be melted thermally and sprayed on, or Vapourised and deposited on metals, is that what you meant?
