What is a superior process, galvanizing or e-coating?

I would like to know is galvanizing a better under-layer on hot roll steel then E-coating? If so, where can I generate a comparison sheet?

There are no answers to questions like that, I'm afraid, Rich. Which is a better way to travel, by train or by ship?

Both are excellent, and the ultimate finish (OEM auto painting) uses both sequentially. But galvanizing offers sacrificial protection (the surface is still protected despite a scratch in the coating).

Recently we will make some sample for customer,but there is a standard of e-coating,the Spec. No. is Mil P-53084, I know it is e-coating primer standard,but could anyone give the detailed information to me? I will appreciate you very much.
