First of two simultaneous responses --

Mr Kumar,
We would need more information to help you. Base material, pre-clean steps, what kind of Zn bath you are using (acid or alkaline). Bubbles or blisters are usually caused by poor cleaning practices. Please give us additional info.

Second of two simultaneous responses --

Dear Mr. Dilip Kumar,

You have not provided any details about pre-cleaning process, type of zinc plating (Acid/Cyanide/alkaline non-cyanide). Most of the time such problems are due to poor Or wrong pre-cleaning process.

Dear,

Im also facing bubble problems in cyanide zinc plating. But I'm not getting in all types of pieces. I get bubbles in only one type that is in "L" Shape MS Sheet (Size: 300(w)X600mm(l)).

My plating steps are as follows.

1. Degreasing.
2. Water Rinse.
3. Pickling (Hydrochloric Acid)
4. Water Rinse.
5. Cyanide Zinc Plating.
