Finger marks on anodized surface

My name is Rajan & working in an automobile company. After Aluminium tubes are Hard Anodized & Sealed with Nickel Acetate solution,while assembly & handling, Finger marks are observed on the surface. These marks could not be cleaned by wiping with wet cloth or solvents like, Toluene, thinner etc. If left as it is the stains discolour (become brown) while heating to about 300 °C.
