Supplementary coating on Zinc Blue passivation

Hello

Can anybody help me? We have sheet metal parts which are Zinc Blue passivated. We need to provide a supplementary coating to increase the resistance to corrosion. One of the suggestions is to use Molybde num Phosphate coating.Unfortunately this is not easily available in India. Can anyone suggest an alternative supplementary coating.

Hello

To increase corrosion you can go for good Trivalent chromate available in the market.Other wise you can use sealant to increase the corrosion with your existing chromate whether Tri Or Hex type. Contact plating chemical manufacturer or supplier.
