How is Tarniban used - is it a dip or by electrolysis? If it is used as a dip, will it adhere to the metal?

Tarniban is a non-electolytic dip process. Yes, it will adhere to silver plating. Technic is the manufacturer of this product. They can give you all the info you need to know. Good Luck!
