Discoloration on nickel plated surface

2006

Part preplated with Tin on one side, and Ni on the other.
After soldering (on tin plated surface) by SMT, parts were found having discoloration (dark brown to blackish) after reflow at temperature ~359 deg.C.
Can anyone advise on this ?
