Discarded process acid, Environmental and Economic problem




We are in process of Pickling of Stainless steel coil, for which we using Nitric acid+hydrofluoric acid with ratio of 1:3, During the process acid is contaminated with Metal oxide and carbon . Due to which scale formation takes place in process tanks and during filtration of the same collected scale on the Filter cloths getting too hard that cannot be removed without help of hammer or some other tools.If you have some suggestions please tell us .
