Painting plastic ties

I am in need of painting plastic ties. These ties are flexible hence I require the paint to be as flexible as the ties themselves. The paint should be resistant to chipping and peeling. Any help is appreciated.

Some plastics are difficult to paint. Please identify the plastic.
Plastic cable ties are usually nylon (polyamides) and are available in a variety of colors. Colored plastics may be available for your item.
