Solutions to Problems with black chrome bath





My name is Daniel Hernandez, we have Black chrome made of 33 oz/gal of chromic acid, 1 oz/gal of barium acetate, and 22 oz/gal acetic acid ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] , the finish is a slight gray but it is not black as I would like to see it. is this normal?
