TDS Problem in RO plant

2006

I am working as a Assistant Operation Engineer in RCB Chemicals and Services which provide services for RO plants and water treatment of industries like for Boilers, Coolers and also waster water treatment plants.

Now my problem is that we have one RO plant in northern areas , it creates a problem. the permeate of first stage have low TDS but in second stage TDS are increases so much rapidly. Membranes are recently installed but we can't control the TDS of RO water. We also plant a Booster Pump on RO to control TDS problem but it also not controlled. Problem Still large quantity of TDS are coming in RO water.

What solution you will suggest for this problem other than descaling of membranes.
