-----Copper pipe to rest on brick or a rock for support in the dirt
Is it ok for copper pipe to touch a brick or a rock in the backyard. I recently had a copper repiping done and they had to bury the pipes to connect the house to the garage but I noticed that they did not support the underside of the pipes with a rock or a brick. I wanted to make sure this is ok since galvanized metal touching a mortar is suppose to introduce corrosion. Thank you.

Galvanized (zinc) materials as well as aluminum can be sensitive to the alkaline content (lime) of concrete. But copper and bricks sound perfectly compatible to me.
