What can be the reason for crystallization of sulfuric acid anodizing electrolyte at heat exchangers (plate type) of an industrial anodizing installation?
Parameters:
Concentration: 160 g/l H2SO4 - Al (+3) : 16 g/l
Chiller water temp: 7 °C
H2SO4 electrolyte temp: 16 °C
Aluminum anodising - Istanbul, Turkey

You are probably seeing aluminum sulphate crystalize out as your aluminum content is a bit high and it is less soluble at low temperatures.
