Bright clear type II anodizing in extrusion profiles
I want help to obtain the most bright possible in 6063T5 extrusion aluminum, actually I buffing with an excellent bright, but when make anodize the bright reduce up to 30% or more, my anodize conditions are 160 g/l sulfuric acid, 8 g/l aluminum, 77° F temperature, 13 volts, 116 a/m2 current density, 12 minutes in anodizing bath and I seal it with cold seal solution.

Decrease your temperature to 72F and use 15 volts, 16 to 18 V would be better. A combination of these two steps should give you most of your luster back. Note that your anodizing time will decrease for the same thickness.

How bright you want? what is the range of gloss you need?
I can get gloss reading 70 while thickness around 10 µm.
