-----Chromium Mirror Coating Parameters
2006
We are exploring the production of Automative Mirror coating by Chromium Sputtering
onto glass. We are getting coating of good reflectivity but it can be easily scratched.
What may be causes for this?
What are the typical process parameters? What should be the DC voltage and chamber pressure? Also, what is the requirement for substrate glass cleaning? Should it
be only cleaned with demineralized water or by organic solvents? Is ultrasound
cleaning necessary?

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
