Powder Coated Patio Furniture

My powder coating is peeling off and my furniture is less than 5 years old. Is it b/c I have a salt water pool? What is the best way to fix the finish of my furniture?

Is there something more durible that will hold up to a salt water swimming pool?

5 years in a salt water environment before peeling sounds like pretty good quality to me. I don't think you can paint it better yourself.
