Anodise cookware

-----

I have got an anodising unit and would like to know how to improve the thickness of Anodising and get a darker shade.

Thicker, Darker finish can be accomplished by Higher current density during plating, Lower plating bath temperatures (32-45 ° F) and longer durations of plating times. You will need to purchase an additive for your type II bath to do this but it is performed all the time and there are loads of articles right here on finishing.com: just run a search on "Hardcoat Anodizing"

This process is hardcoat anodizing.
