MIL spec for Powder Coating

Can someone tell me the Mil-Spec Number for Powder Coat? What is the thickness range called out? I have been told .003" to .005".

The Technical Data Sheet(TDS) that comes from the manufacturer with the paint you buy will have an optimal thickness range specified. Coating thickness differs depending on the kind/purpose of paint you are using, mil thickness can run from .05 to 14 mils or higher. If your customer wanted you to produce to a Mil-Spec I'm relatively certain that he would have given it to you.
