Bubbles problem on Ni-Cr plated materials

I am working in a plating company for almost 3 months now. For the short time that I have been here I have encountered so many bubbles problem on Nickel Chrome plated materials. What is/are the common reason of this problem? I would appreciate your immediate response to this inquiry.

Is your problem bubbles under the nickel layer or deformities in actual nickel coating?

What type of nickel are you using [Vin ordinaire dull] or a proprietary bright nickel?

Blistered nickel is usually caused by poor cleaning and adhesion is normally tested by rubbing the coating hard with the edge of a coin.

We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
