Shop ceiling restoration

Our facility is about 40 years old, about 45,000 square feet, and we perform a variety of metal finishing. The metal ceiling is pitted and corroding. Rust is starting to fall. We are looking for an economical way to stop the corrosion. We have received bids for raising the ceiling and installing a new one or sandblasting and then painting it. Is there any other alternative that will preserve the ceiling and be more affordable.

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
