Surface Treatment

Can you provide me the Details for Surface Treatment Zn-Fe 0.0004± 0.0001 Plus Black Plus Sealer.I don't understand the Post Sealer Treatment.

I think I understand you to be describing a proprietary zinc-iron plating of 4 tenths of a mil of plating, followed by black chromating and a final seal. The principal role of the final seal is probably to contribute to salt spray resistance, but the vendor who is offering the whole process can best describe what the function of the final seal is, as well as the operating conditions for each step in the process.
